I am an Irish qualified solicitor working in a commercial law firm in Dublin. I am an active member of the Blockchain Lawyers Forum and Blockchain Ireland. I previously worked in my firm’s Funds and Financial Regulation department and provided advice to Web3 companies, particularly on MiFID and MiCAR. To deepen my knowledge, I am now studying financial compliance with the Irish Institute of Compliance. Through my professional experience and my pastimes in Web3 over the last three years, I have developed a deep passion for the Onchain ecosystem. I actively engage with the industry by trading tokens and NFTs, coding small blockchain projects, and keeping informed on legal and market related developments. I have experienced the market cycle and been present in the communities of many projects. Although I appreciate the uniqueness of the technology and its potential to create change, I grasp the current difficulties in reaching mainstream adoption. My goal is to orient into a crypto focussed role and develop my career in the sector.
