Job Overview:Â
The Micro-Soldering Technician is an essential part of CleanSpark’s bitcoin mining operation. They provide comprehensive bitcoin machine maintenance and diagnosis services to repair bitcoin miners. Â

This role is primarily located at our Norcross Facility and reports to the Hardware Repair ManagerÂ
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications and assess their working order.Â
- Familiarity with soldering and micro-welding equipment.Â
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
- Ensure environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying  problems, and making repairs quickly.Â
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Â
- Knowledge of inventory tracking processes is a plus.Â
- Additional duties as requiredÂ
Qualifications
- 3+ years technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
- Â Understanding of electronic components, their functions, and their interactions within circuits.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Basic computer skills for documenting work and communicating.
- Ability to handle small and delicate components without causing damage.
- Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is a plus.Â
- Bitman repair certification is a plusÂ
- Background in trouble shooting electrical functionality is a plus.Â
- Clear and effective communication skills.Â
- Able to lift 50-75 lbÂ
$27 - $27 an hour
