As a Senior Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our global hiring teams. In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to impact our talent strategy, working in a company where hiring is a top priority, heavily invested in, and trusted.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

    • Serve as a trusted partner to all business units, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Immutable story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
    • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
    • Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
    • Utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and improve our processes.
    • Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

    • Extensive recruitment experience, with 8+ years in recruitment in-house, ideally at a global high-growth company.
    • Expertise in technical and leadership hiring
    • A proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
    • The ability to rapidly upskill on new technology stacks.
    • Comfort working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
    • Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
