Working as part of the Revenue Operations Team, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be instrumental in providing analytics that drive decision-making, optimizing sales processes, interpreting, and analyzing, and transforming data into a variety of reporting formats to support the goals and key objectives of the Go To Market Team. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and productivity. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Responsibilities
    • Oversee Salesforce data and other GTM systems to ensure data integrity and alignment
    • Build and optimize sales analytics reports and Salesforce dashboards to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders
    • Extensive experience with building and maintaining data models
    • Assess and analyze data from multiple sources
    • Monitor sales productivity and revenue performance
    • Sales compensation modeling, analysis, and commission calculations
    • Assist sales planning and regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plans
    • Ensure accurate use of applications like Salesforce.com, Marekto, etc.
    • Work with other departments to ensure successful execution of key projects
    • Partner with Marketing on lead generation process and metrics reporting
    • Support Sales Team day to day operations
    • Support various analytic initiatives which may include data mining, data research, and detailed statistical analysis.
    • Generate reports using multiple sources of data on ad hoc bases, based on the requirements of the sales leadership team.

  • Requirements
    • 5 + years in a similar position
    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
    • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (complex functions) to manipulate and validate large data sets
    • Both public company experience and startup company experience desirable
    • Deep understanding of sales processes, funnel management, billing, and forecasting
    • SalesForce.com knowledge and experience is very important
    • Experience with Looker a plus
    • Problem solver with a strong business acumen
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a company and maintain professional relationships with internal and external departments
    • Must be able to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with a minimum supervision
    • Understands the typical technology and information interfaces with other parts of the company such as IT, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing.
    • Fin Serv experience a plus

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $80,000 - $115,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
